Returns/Refund Policy

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted.
From: Susie is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise. If they arrive damaged, you may return them using the following return process:

Please email our return processing team at info@shopfromsusie.com, entering Return Claim on the subject line. Upon receipt, From: Susie will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims. All claims must be submitted and received by From: Susie within 2 weeks from receipt of shipment. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Quantity, and A Photo of the Damage or Defect.
