Ribbed Watering Pitcher

$ 60.00

Made by Melissa Reddick, Modern History Clayworks, Davidson, North Carolina

This is the third time we’ve worked with Melissa Reddick on a Décor Box and we have no intentions of stopping here. There’s something so special about seeing an idea in your head conceptualized.

Simple elegance stands tall in this sleek pitcher measuring approximately 10” in height.  Inspired by the forms of early 20th century French Zinc Water Pitchers and handcrafted in white stoneware clay, each pitcher was individually hand thrown on the pottery wheel leaving markings on the surface which are unique to each piece.. Finished in a glossy white, food safe glaze, these make the perfect vessel to hold whatever wets your whistle.  Not thirsty? Use to hold a fresh arrangement of tulips or daffodils from your spring garden!
